Whether you have previous experience of Somatic movement or want to understand 'what all the fuss is about' I have a solution for you. I have helped hundreds of people in all walks of life of 16 years and my experience spans business through to education, through to music. One of my 'other hats' is also as a somatic movement to music class teacher - a Nia Teacher. I have helped many Yoga and Pilates and martial arts teachers over the years find their joy in the body. Dance professionals have also saught me out to stop being stressed and mechanical and gain awareness and joy. People who never saw themselves as dancers or movers have also found new possibilities by working with me. Whatever your starting point I have something to help you. So, what will it be ?
